Nak Kurus bersama Lecithin Shaklee

Ok, hari nie mari kita bercerita mengenai bagaimana pengambilan Lecithin bersama suplement shaklee untuk menguruskan badan..

Paling utama, anda harus makan breakfast, lunch n dinner tanpa skip satu pon.. especially breakfast.. Bila anda tidak makan, ini akan merendahkan lagi kadar metabolisma badan. Ini menyukarkan untuk anda menurunkan berat badan... apabila kita skip makan atau kelaparan, makanan yang di ambil selepas itu akan disimpan sebagai lemak krn body kita dapat signal seolah2  kekurangan makanan. Makanan tidak ditukarkan menjadi bentuk tenaga.. Mcmmn nak kurus?? hehe

Mari kita tengok cara diet yang sihat bersama shaklee...:

Pagi :
Amik 2 biji lecithin sebelum makan
Selepas makan, boleh ambil sebiji Vita-Lea and B -complex- untuk tenaga
Kalau anda menyusu, boleh ambil 2 biji alfalfa sebagai milk boster...

Tengahari :
Ambil 2 biji lecithin sebelum makan
Selepas mkn, boleh ambil Vit C n 2 alfalfa untuk milk boster

Malam
Ambil 2 biji lecithin sebelum makan
Boleh makan 2 biji alfalfa untuk milk boster.

Kalau rasa lapar in between meal, boleh ambil 1-2 sudu bancuhan ESP untuk mudah rasa kenyang dan mendapatkan tenaga segera.
Pastikan pengambilan air masak yang banyak untuk membantu proses perkumuhan terutama dengan pengambilan lecithin.. Proses perkumuhan akan menjadi lebih lancar jika air mencukupi..

Apa lagi kawan?? Nak kurus dengan cara yang sihat dengan mudah tanpa perlu berbelanja beribu2 ringgit??
Mari kita mencuba produk shaklee...

  1. walaupun ambk secara xbetul.. tp puas hati ngan result dia. br mkn semlm utk trial set b + 4bj lecithin, mlm td xnyempat2 susu melimpah2 kat sblh kiri. pg ni bgn hepiii je sebab susu full (walaupun xbengkak) kedua2nya.

    part yg paling best masuk toilet la.. kalo dulu setiap pagi, skrg sehari bleh smpi 2-3 kali.. layannn je..
